Important Notice for All Tenants Regarding Hurricane Helene

Hillsborough County has issued a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Zone A ahead of Hurricane Helene. If you reside at 4006 S Westshore Blvd, which is in Zone A, please evacuate immediately and seek shelter as directed below.

Zone B has not been issued an evacuation order yet. However, 924 Maydell Dr, located in Zone B, should remain on alert and be prepared to evacuate if necessary.

Evacuation Guidance

If you are located in Zone A or feel unsafe in your current location, please follow these steps:

  1. Seek Shelter at a County Shelter:
    Hillsborough County has designated various shelters to ensure your safety during the storm. For a list of shelters near you, please visit the Hillsborough County Shelter List.

  2. Call 911 for Emergencies:
    If you are in immediate danger or need emergency assistance, dial 911.

  3. For Non-Emergency Issues:
    If you encounter any other concerns or need assistance from Rehabilitation of the Heart staff, contact us at (813) 567-8338.

    Tenants at 4006 S Westshore Blvd must evacuate immediately as a mandatory order has been issued for Zone A.

  • Zone B Alert:
    924 Maydell Dr is in Zone B, and though no evacuation order has been given yet, tenants should be prepared to act if conditions worsen.
