Creative Collective

Creative Collective Co-working and Career Center

Our organization is committed to education, financial and mental well-being of the individuals and families in our community regardless of their past or present situations. We hope to help the community flourish by pouring our heart into it.

With the support of our community partners, we will have this project up and running by the end of the year taking place in South Tampa.

Although a flourishing community, South Tampa contains a high number of underserved individuals affected by loss of employment, COVID, suicide and poverty with limited resources local to South Tampa.

This project will be led by founder Stacy Garcia who will oversee the project's completion and success. Our creative director John Mondragon will be spear heading the creation of programs, outreach, and marketing. Finally, Chris Atlas our director will be overseeing day to day operations, events, construction and design.

Our objective is to provide a safe place to co-work, grow, share ideas, and network. This studio will host a space for local and aspiring entrepreneurs to work and build relationships. We will help Individual's looking to become entrepreneurs, and assist in job placement for individuals seeking employment. We will bring awareness to suicide by offering Mental Health classes from National Council for mental well-being while encouraging healthy outlets such as the arts by providing an easily accessible art studio. Our Art studio will also be an asset to the community by providing a space for creatives to create!

This center will allow us to host a variety of events for the public such as trade-based trainings, and various therapeutic coaching programs.

This space will also include a bistro which will help bring in revenue and provide employment. We hope this helps bring a sense of community over coffee and croissants.

Through this project we plan to employ several members of the community at the center. This project's goal is to rebuild, restore, revitalize, educate, and empower our community.
