RoTH Technical Institute (RTI)
We have secured a location within minutes from I-4 that includes a fully equipped welding lab, Auto Glass Instillation, Freight Dispatcher, and intro to construction. The welding lab features several welding booths that will help students obtain skills and standards established by AWS. Intro to construction courses are provided with National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) and OSHA 10 certifications. There are fully equipped classrooms that will be used for curricula studies. The Auto Glass program will offer hands on training on handling and installing auto glass. Freight Dispatcher will provide you with all the necessary tools and cases for understanding clearly how to conduct a full-fledged freight dispatching business.
WHAT WE DO?
We are a 501©3 which means we are nonprofit. We become a walking and talking billboard for your business. Your sponsorship will be included in all our events, seminars, meetings with other community partners, as well as all of our printed marketing material. There are so many perks of partnering with a nonprofit. Funds utilized to sponsor these individuals is a tax write off for your business. Your business will be eligible for OJT tax credit of up to $5,000.00 and Work Opportunity Tax Credit of up to $9,600 per individual, just to name a couple. Not to mention, you will also be making such a huge impact in our community and assisting us in lowering the rate of recidivism!

The FMAEF is an Accredited Training Sponsor (ATS) for NCCER and sponsors over 100 high school and post-secondary programs along with programs in Juvenile Justice, Youth Build, Department of Corrections, and other re-entry programs.
Just a few of our Community Accomplishments:
Host an annual Thanksgiving giveaway to feed families a full thanksgiving meal plus ten $100 Walmart gift cards.
Quarterly fill bags full of everyday necessities and toiletries to serve the homeless.
Annual toy and food drive for Christmas and provided families with gifts and food
Annual back-to-school giveaway to provide 100 backpacks full of supplies to children in need.
Volunteer at Project Helping, Daystar and Amazing Love Ministries.
Partnered with CareerSource and have provided job placement for the Summer Internship Program
Volunteer weekly with Amazing Love Ministries to feed the homeless
Provide immediate job placement opportunities for ex-offenders within weeks of their release.
In 2021, Filled a 53’ semi-truck trailer full of hurricane survival relief items and sent our truck to Texas to help the families in need after the hurricane.
In 2021 we had the opportunity to provide direct employment to over a dozen ex-offenders.
In 2022 we had the opportunity to donate a car to an ex-offender to provide reliable transportation for his career path.
